1 Introduction & Acknowledgement

These Terms & Conditions of BigPari ("Terms & Conditions") the BigPari platform and its services ("Services") and constitutes a legally binding agreement governing your use of the platform. It is effective between the entity operating BigPari and you ("Member" or "User") between the parties.

By using our services through the BigPari website (bigpari.ws), mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, for the purposes of legal interpretation, the laws of BigPari's registered jurisdiction shall apply.

2 Account Registration & Management

The following conditions must be met to open an account at BigPari:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• One Account: Each individual may only open one BigPari account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: The name, date of birth, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Password Protection: Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. It must not be shared with anyone.
• Account Transfer: BigPari accounts may not be sold, transferred, or lent to another person.

KYC Verification

BigPari may request KYC documents at any time to verify your identity. This may include a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete. This is done for your security — not to cause any inconvenience.

3 Age Verification

BigPari strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. This is not just a legal requirement — it is our ethical responsibility.

• You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration.
• BigPari may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.
• Registering with a false date of birth will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• If there is any suspicion that a minor is using the platform, BigPari will immediately suspend the account.

4 Payments & Transactions

BigPari supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The key payment terms are outlined below:

Deposit Terms

Deposits on BigPari must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

Withdrawal Terms

Your KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. BigPari reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal flagged as fraudulent or suspicious.

5 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Betting, and casino games at BigPari:

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless BigPari initiates the cancellation.
• System Error: BigPari reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Event Cancellation: If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Live Betting: Odds in Live Betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• Maximum Win: There is a maximum win cap per single bet — contact support for details.
• Match Fixing: If any member is found attempting match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage, their account will be immediately terminated.

6 Bonus Terms

BigPari offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses come with a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• A bonus offer may generally be used once per household or IP address.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• BigPari reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• BigPari may investigate any account suspected of bonus abuse.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for BigPari's Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. This bonus can only be claimed once and carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. While wagering the bonus, a single bet may not exceed 10% of the total balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BigPari. Anyone found engaging in them will have their account immediately terminated and their balance forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair gain (bonus arbitrage).
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the BigPari platform's code or systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

BigPari believes betting is a form of entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly and provide the following tools to help:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you want to wager within a given period.
• Cooldown Period: Take a break from betting for a set period — anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account temporarily or permanently.
• Reality Check: Keep periodic reminders enabled to stay on track.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

BigPari may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• For violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or suspicious.
• At the member's request.

If you wish to close your account yourself

To close your account voluntarily, email support@bigpari.ws or let us know via live chat. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

BigPari is not liable for the following:

• Bets or transactions lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment services.
• Loss of account access due to the member's own error.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).

BigPari is committed to delivering the highest standard of service at all times. In the event of a technical issue, we will resolve it as quickly as possible and consider appropriate compensation for affected members.

11 Changes to Terms

BigPari may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will:

• Updated terms will be published on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• A notification will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.
• For significant changes, at least 7 days' prior notice will be given.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
